Over the weekend i had the, what seems to be regular task of needing tyres on my LCR.

Now normally i would cringe at the prospect of going to a big national tyre supplier with YTS saturday staff chucking my alloys about. But on this occasion i was not too worried about it.

A couple of weeks before i popped into Longbridge tyres based in Rubery to get my tracking done and was really impressed by the service. and cost

So i ordered the tyres and returned.....Needless to say the service was great sorted the tyres out and did it very quickly. they were careful taking the old tyres off and putting the wheels back on.

Plus the price wasnt bad either......

So if your in the south Brum area and looking for a good place to go for tyres and highly recommend Longbridge Tyres...

Hi there - sounds good.

Do they do laser tracking at all - e.g. Hunter wheel alignment?

If you don't mind me asking what tyres did you get and how much were they?

Thanks

Chemix in Stourbridge did me gsd3s for £110 fitted and balanced and were good lads - very careful with the wheels.

They have Hunter wheel alignment kit too.

Is that recently?

Used them to fix a puncture on my LCR, they were very good and just round the corner as well:funk:

About a month or so ago. Very good service and a nice bunch.

I'm off there this afternoon to see if they can get a bit of metal out of on of the tyres and fix it without replacing.

If you're in the market for tyres give them a call first - they'll have to order them - tell them what you've been quoted. I told them £111 fitted with was they price Mytyres worked out to and they said 'we can do them for £110'.

Only just saw this thread...
I've been to Longbridge Tyres for some rubber for my last car, the prices were pretty good compared with those on the internet and other local places. Just round the corner from me too!
