have you asked your insurance to file a claim with the mib or do it yourself this is the link. http://www.mib.org.uk/Default.htm, they pay out in this type of claim. I have used them twice in the passed and it my take a while but they do pay out.

Some loser banged into the back of me. Both pulled over and exchanged details but the insurance company couldn't find him nor can the police. Would have cost me £85 in some back ally place (there are a few near me which are quick and reliable) but because it wasn't my fault I took it through the insurance. £400 exess gone and add another £400 to next years insurance. Life isn't fair lol.

Stupid thing is I know where the guy lives but can't do anything because I'd get into trouble from the police! :wtf:

if nobody sees you do it and you have an alibi

go and torch his car, or at least slash all 4 of his tyres and then slash them again next month

it's just gotta be done to get some justice in your own mind
