Arbs - I had the Eibach F/ARB and bushes front and rear fitted at the same time, and wow! Big difference, the front end is alot more responsive, I point it goes! Only
problem is you end up oversteering far to much whilst getting used to it, and then have to correct mid corner.. makes for fun for a few miles but once your used to it, feels great worth every penny imo. No point being able to go fast in a straight line if you are slow in a corner! Jabba R/ARB was done a week or two after, and the difference wasnt as noticable if im honest, but I didnt expect it to be, its only one bar! But I can say they all work well together, the front is now very tight, and the back end has been known to step out from time to time, but with the R/ARB in place its control-able and a good giggle. Would tell anyone pound for pound for confiderence in a corner its just as good as a remap on a straight!
Bushes - imo the cupra bushes for the front are the best as pretty much solid, so whent for a set of those, but whilst at it I also fitted powerflex bushes to the rear (not the rear of the car, rear of the front if that makes sense!) So im running Cupra and Powerflex bushes front and rear, Eibach F/ARB, Jabba R/ARB, Eibach coilovers, 25mm spacers and a Seat Sport strut brace at my handling set up at the moment and I dread to think what it felt like when it was standard!
End of next month I need to uprate my clutch ready for *cough* turbo *cough* so whilst they have that out im going to slam a limited slip diff on aswell for a laugh, will let you know how that feel in time!
