URGENT - taking plastic trim off!

Hi guys, I would really appreciate the help here.

I'm in the middle of routing my amplifier wiring kit through my car (under the sill plastic trims and carpet)

But i can't seem to get the plastic trims on the side of the car off (bottom of doors, kick plates, and rear quarter speaker covers)

Any help and PHOTOS would be very appreciated so I can carry on with it!

just kneel on the floor and get your fingers under and yank up

just not too far or you'll break it at the bend

Typical though, started pouring it down a few mins ago, I guess I'll be carrying on tommorrow
