Usb Cable - Advice Please

Hi all,

I have been looking at the ross tech stuff and I really like the idea of being able to check faults etc myself. I have also read the sticky about buying a good one that works from ross tech themselves. I am not keen on spending that sort of cash. Could anyone tell me the type I need for my 57 plate FR TDI. My friend has a 2001 Audi tt and we were going to get one between us. Are they the same at all?

I would be very grateful if someone could help me out?

I think I need a HEX-USB+CAN for my Leon, can someone confirm this for me?

Yes, the HEX+CAN series interfaces will work fine as will also the Micro-CAN series interfaces - while the last names ones are limited to a certain range of models, the HEX+CAN's are not.
