Hi,

I'm posting these on behalf of a friend - we recently attended a Rolling Road day, however, my LCR hit 267bhp whilst his hit around 240bhp - both remapped (His Revo's and mine Custom code), both with aftermarket induction kits, mine with standard exhaust and his aftermarket.

Would it be possible to check the logs below to see if there's any particular issues at all which could cause a low figure or is it, as the operator said, likely to be due to charge temperatures on the rolling road?

Cheers DPJ - also, I have attached a log of mine below (before I fixed my boost leak) - am I right in assuming the remap which is on my car is requesting a higher boost level than his?

Yeah, that log was before I fixed my boost leak - need to do some logs now that I have fixed that but the first value is what the ECU is requesting?

Strange, my actual boost still isn't meeting requested, though I'm almost certain I don't have a boost leak as we pressurised the system when we were searching for the last boost leak.

Should the standard K04 turbo be able to provide that level of boost throughout the rev range or do you think it's requesting above what the K04 can provide?

Could it be leaking from the 007p? Got the green spring in at the moment but I've never seen logs of 115 which request 2550mb of pressure from the turbo?

Also, I have done a graph of the 115 log in Excel and it seems that it can't provide the requested boost between 4,500rpm and 6,500rpm - I've got the standard TIP on the car; if this was collapsing would it show up as being like this on the graph?

I'm not a K04 expert, but I'd say yes, it should provide what your requested is answering. I'd say your boost leak is very slight and only happening above 6250 rpm. Doubtful if your dv leaks, but I'm one of those that recommends a yellow spring.

If your tip was collapsing, I'd expect it to be at higher revs, not mid range..... See what anyone else thinks......

Good reason to buy TIP :D, improves air mass reading, and higher actual boost reading.

Well, I've found yet another boost leak under the inlet manifold - I have now repaired this, however, the log of 115 is still showing that actual boost is not meeting requested - very strange as I'm almost certain there's now no boost leak.
