Dear All,

I am looking to replace my December 2002 Leon Cupra R which I have had from new.

The car has only done 60K and its has the optional front and rear recaros seats. The car is in Onvi Yellow, and was last serviced and MOT by Seat in Decemeber 2011.

I purchased the car new and it came with 7 years warrenty of which I have claimed for MAF, Window Switches, Rear Boot Wiper motor, Front fans both rear door locks and other items which are documented. The car had the cambelt and waterpump changed by Seat in 2008 at 30K.

Does anyone know how much I can sell this car for? Should I go private or Dealer trade-in? The car is in excellent condition in the interior and is in good conition for the exterior. There is only a very minor door ding on the front wing and front stone chips.

Regards.

First off what kind of condition is the paint in as the onvi yellow is notorious for laquer peel and general fading.

I'd personally put it up for £4k as its a one owner from new with low mileage and the rare front and rear recaros. I take it it's a 210 model.

Thanks, yes your right forgot to put that there is some fading from the front wings compared with the doors. There is'nt any rust or peeling or lacueer.

Regards.

I think £4k is optimistic. It's due another cambelt change soon, faded paint & quite a lot of choice out there now.

Advertise £3500, sell at £3000. I saw one for sale for as little as £2000 recently (though not the same mileage)
