vcds/vagcom wtf ever

Hi guys.... First off thanks to people providing possible links to the vcds's they have bought.

Iv got the usual problems of links not working, no stock, not current version (or for 11 plate at least), overpriced for whats basically a knock off piece o crap from china

Just looking to get a half decent cable and software to change settings etc. and to obviously offer my services to local members for vagcom related stuff goes without saying.

I found a cable on eBay that worked for me however my girlfriend found this for me just after I bought and two people on here have bought from the website.

Why pay £58 for an eBay clone when you can buy a chinese one for £20ish, I bet the £58 one is a chinese one with a nice profit margin.

It will be, but at the end of the day it's a generic USB connector on one end and the OBD connector on the other which is prob mass produced in China anyway. Even Rosstech's claims of hardware superiority sounds pretty much the same argument for Monster HDMI cables etc.. £100+ vs Ebay £1.99 specials but yet both still work fine.

Because for an extra £38 which isn't alot you know it will definitely work and it will be safe. Alot of people complain of it been alot slower the Chinese knock offs when looking got fault codes etc.
