Hello,

Looking for some advice please,

2005 Leon FR PD150 ARL,
I have this oscillating vibration at motorway speeds which essentially disappears when lifting off the throttle to coast

Its mostly felt through the steering wheel, but is also through the seat and pedal,

No vibrations at town speeds and drives fine otherwise,

Recent clutch and DMF hasn't resolved it, considering drive shafts next.

Has anyone else experienced this?

It could be worth swopping the wheels between axles and seeing if it continues., just so you can narrow the potential problem down. May not be wheel or tyre related, but could be a buckled alloy or a flat spot on a tyre possibly.

The fact it goes away when coasting would make me think it's probably the inner driveshaft joints where they go into the gearbox, but as already said, worth checking wheels and tyres first.

Thanks for the responses,

I'm going to swap the wheels about and see if I can notice any immediate difference,

If it were related to inner driveshaft joints, how might be the best way to resolve this? new drive shafts, or repair/refurbish the original driveshaft?
