seem to be getting a slight vibration in the steering wheel, when i go on a motorway at speeds of around 70 80mph. The steering wheel isn't vibrating lik when u need your tyres balanced, but i can feel it slightly vibrate when i go up 2 those speeds. Is this normal, anyone else on here have those issues??

yup, if the vibration is at a set speed and you get no vibes below or above it then it's probably a wheel that is slightly out of balance

most tyre places will check balancing for free but will charge to correct it

get all 4 looked at as rear wheels cause funny balancing vibes too

yeah I don't see why not

as said before they only charge for correcting the balance not to check it, this is the same with wheel alignment too

If the balance is out and they correct it make sure they use sticky back weights and place the weights on both sides of each wheel (DYNAMIC BALANCING), the oustide weights can normally go just behind the spokes of your alloys, the easy and cheep way is to cheat and only attach weights to the inside edge of the wheel (STATIC BALANCING)
this is ok but if you are picky about the vibration you may find that you will pay them to do it and it will be the same or worse so get them to do the job correctly

good luck
