I hope that with bigger MAF I will manage to get "all out". Specially now when I find small problem with the Turbo, Wastegate nut was loose. And I asked price for IE 19mm H-profile con rods just in case
Just booked dyno for friday. Now going to STG II with hybrid turbo. STG I with small MAF and mild tune gave 241hp / 378Nm. I'm hoping that we can hit around 260hp and stay still under that 380Nm. This dyno don't give any "free" horses so I'll be glad with 260Hp.
I have started to look new job some where in Europe / States which means that this car probably will not see the STG III in near future.
Happy day 3" MAF scaling and little (=6 hours) work now we are 260hp (257-259.5hp in various dyno runs) and 379Nm of torque. Low end torq was reduced to about 330Nm and max torq ranges is around 4000rpm. Boost is just little bit over 1Bar
I have wrong dynopaper with me (not the best one) so only 258.3hp @ 5593rpm and 378.6Nm @ 4241rpm. But I'm happy with this aprx 260hp now car feels just what it should fell when it left the factory
Also I'm very glad that we manage to reduce low end torque because previous settings gave 374Nm@3379rpm now there is only aprx. 330Nm at same rpm. we got 15-29hp more power between 4000-6800rpm. that 29hp more was at 6000rpm so car really feels so different.
This weekend was quite expensive, bought new car for "daily". Have better changes to "fix" Leon more. New car after Leon fix up will transform to Track day car.

Saab 900NG Turbo, with trionic t5.5, aprx. 230-240hp with speedparts mapping, but I'm buying software tuning tools for Saab so I can swap car to run with E85. Goals are to hit first around 260-270Hp and for later tunes I have Garrett GT28r
