Had a warning light come up (Faulty Emission System) just within 3 year warranty period. Diagnosed as Bank 1 O2 Sensor. Although warning light went out before it was replaced, it was replaced anyway under warranty.
Six months later, and out of warranty, warning light up again. Dianostic done for free and Bank 1 O2 sensor shown to be problem, BUT warning light went out at diagnostic check and hasn't come back (Yet).
Warranty over so Seat have no more obligation and I accept this as a fact.
I fear that it could become an intermittent fault. Should it arise again I am not sure what will happen. I am told by my dealership that the result of any necessary future diagnostic check will be subject to discussion with Seat.
It seems that I will be in the land of Goodwill as to whether future diagnostic and repair costs will be borne by me or Seat.

Better keep going to the main dealer for servicing and that should increase your goodwill chances.
