Called up Seat UK Customer Services about it all and they said they will contact the dealer and escalate the issue if necessary as I quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015, chapter 2, section 11, whereby the vehicle is not as described as on Autotrader it stated it was a manufacturer's approved vehicle when the dealer said it actually wasn't, after I paid a deposit.
Thanks to everyone who replied to the thread, it is much appreciated and I hope it gets resolved soon as it really is overshadowing the fact I'm picking up a Leon on Monday if all goes well!
