Water in rear floor

Hi just bought a mk1 1.4 runaround, its not bad but few niggles. I found water in the front passenger footwell and found it was ancillary door seal, now fixed I also did rear at same time. I now have dry front passenger gootwell but soaking rear. Any ideas as its only the rear floor not the sides as it was when seal had gone

Fish tank aquatic sealant, behind seal and in front, ive checked and its still.watertight ive heard about missing gromets is this possible
