Weird nose maybe turbo

Right need some help, got a bocanegra and it's started making a weird wurring noise and hissing once over 2500 revs and goes tottaly flat ! onces it's hot it does it. it's fine when cold I think it could be turbo but there's no smoke? So maybe air leak? Anyone help?

Problem is geting worse struggling to get up to 70 mph and doesn't seem to be boosting at all
