They are the 1's fitted as standard to most new vag cars, look like this VVV

ah do you know what, i wondered why only one of my wipers had that little swish cover on it, thought the other one had fallen off

does the swish cover do anything? thought it might have done something for the wind or the noise

Mine are fine at high speeds, have you got the ones which fit the std wiper arms or replacement arms as well??

in fairness I have to say I wouldnt be doing 90mph in the rain as that wud just be stupid wouldnt it. And I dont often go on a track so I will keep the better wipeblades and make my sensible driving better.

Driving style aside, I fitted this to my mk 4 and it was a lot quieter than the old one, as well as better looking and more effective.

A very cheap and useful mod. Even cheaper if you steal it off the back of a Polo!

but then again dozza you did get the decent replacment one's bosch! that says it all (they were not available when i changed mine to aero's) or i would have gone bosch to..

I used the Valeo ones for a couple of months, starting making a lot of noise and wiped perfect on the way up then smeared on the way back down at times... bought some normal Bosch Super Plus ones.... uglier never the less, but work a lot better for me.
