are they good for the car?

do they add less wind resistance, better at removing rain, or are they a cosmetic thing?

tyvm

much better at cleaning, something to do with more points of contact. Anyway Iv got em as my wipers where crap and have 2 say they are amazing my mates have commented on how good they are before

ah do you know what, i wondered why only one of my wipers had that little swish cover on it, thought the other one had fallen off

does the swish cover do anything? thought it might have done something for the wind or the noise

in fairness I have to say I wouldnt be doing 90mph in the rain as that wud just be stupid wouldnt it. And I dont often go on a track so I will keep the better wipeblades and make my sensible driving better.

Driving style aside, I fitted this to my mk 4 and it was a lot quieter than the old one, as well as better looking and more effective.

A very cheap and useful mod. Even cheaper if you steal it off the back of a Polo!

I used the Valeo ones for a couple of months, starting making a lot of noise and wiped perfect on the way up then smeared on the way back down at times... bought some normal Bosch Super Plus ones.... uglier never the less, but work a lot better for me.

polo arms and blades here and they work like a dream

Mine are just the bosch replacement blades as well and have no probs at speed! U haven't fitted them upside down have you?

ah theirs the problem, i wondered why i could see fork all out the windscreen but water never sat on my bonnet..... :banned:
