Congrats James, good excuse to have the suspension done now mate as it'll make the car extra smooth to drive so not to wake the baby! Every silver lining ;)
Cheers Josh

Haha. Never even thought of that. Might have to look into airbags haha. Or just decent coil overs lol

3 days on the bounce ive seen the same guy in an 11 plate red FR decide he cant be arsed to go the extra 500metres around the correct way, and instead plough straight up a bus/bike only lane.

Hopefully the busses following him are already on the case, i got a piccy today including him and the signage. Feel tempted to post it up as i hate people who think its one rule for them. Same with amount of people you still see who think texting / talking / making movies while driving is ok. Boils my pee right up.

Name (Reg) and shame.

Today i had a near miss when the driver of a van decided he would slam on and execute a perfect emergency stop at 70mph for no reason what so ever. Just aswel I left a big enough gap to brake safely.
Some people need a slap and their licenses revoked.

Dont you find when you leave the correct size gap, maybe even patiently waiting to go past when they pull over, someone seems to take that as an invite to move into it? :)

Ok so here is the pic:

Yeh exactly mate, to be honest I tend to not leave as big a gap as I should for that reason and because I want the person infront to get out the way lol but id never get into a dangerous position. Seems you can't win as no matter what distance you leave the knob infront will still make things awkward!

Yeah as a safe driver its hard to know whether to trust your skills and be a bit too close, or leave a bigger gap you know full well will get filled and give you even less room.

Funny enough ive not had as many cars jammed up my ass in the Cupra as in my 206...

But when you are waiting to go past someone doing <70 in the outside lane, because someone is doing 60 in the middle lane, because someone is doing 52 on the inside lane, and the bmw/audi which has been sat on your backseat suddenly undertakes and fills the gap, its badtimes. :(

Gave the car a good wash and a coat of wax today, feeling depressed at how many chips there are on my bonnet and worstly the bumper.... Literally hundreds of them!!!

Washed mine at the weekend and didn't realise how many stone chips i had on my bonnet.

Will have to look at getting it sprayed i think.

I thought the same, until I realised that I would be respraying the front of the car every year. We get a lot of road dressing every summer, meaning lots of stones kicked up all year round.....

I gave up worrying about this and accepted the inevitable.

Mines the same, front end is covered in them, but only if you look closely..

Also bought a new inlet pipe that goes from the bottom of the EGR/ASV aas the old one has failed and is leaking.
