What did you and your MK2 do today?

On duty at work so took my jet wash in as the Germans cant fine me for washing her on camp *:fighting:
Jet rinsed > Foamed & let it dwell for 5 - 10 mins > Rinsed > Foamed & washed with chemical guys shampoo & mitt > rinsed > dried with Auto perfection plush towel.
Had to do one side at a time as the sun was sweltering. *Going to give the wheels and glass some more attention on Monday and give it a hoover

Today I got my front door handles wrapped in gloss black and the outer edge of the rear spoiler...
went to Liverpool for a meeting and................
I had clayed the car at the weekend including the glass and was well impressed with the way the water beaded off the windows At one point it was really peeing it down and I still didn't need the wipers on

sorry yes did wax the car of course however I felt the wax might spoil the view out of the windows somewhat

Nope I aint mate lol, my camera phone is to blame for the crap quality not your iPhone.
Its just dressed with some Meguiars Endurance Tyre dressing, makes it really shiny black.
The bits I got wrapped only cost me a tenner so Im well happy lol.

me and my mk 2, went to look at a ibiza cupra and thought nahhhh. so we booked in for a remap and miltek non res next week
First roll of carbon fibre film arrived today so I now have the cupra look after using carbon on front bumper and added FR decal next to number plate, also used carbon fibre on rear diffuser, door pillars, front and rear S badges.
On its way is more carbon film to do the large panel next to bonnet where the washer jets are and also mirror caps.
All this carbon to go with the carbon sill covers I already have. Love the look of the carbon against the dark grey of the car
