I used to have 8J ET40 wheels (equivalent to a 17.5 mm spacer) and that was level with the outer edge of the front arch. Never any issues with rubbing, but that was on standard suspension.

So while ive been getting sunburnt in Hamburg, it appears to have been raining cement dust in the north east.....

Washed mine on Sunday, didn't look like that. And it's still clean.

Had the same on mine last weekend mate make sure you give it a good pre wash/rinse.
Waiting for a call to say my car is ready. Having clutch and flywheel changed for Helix organic and having Millers gear and engine oil added. Careful driving for me for the next few hundred miles.
