not today but Friday I had my car lowered at aks tuning.

Spent a few hours yesterday claying, wet sanding with 8000 micro mesh, one pass with srp and one coat of hd wax. I will now be investing in a da polisher lol as my arm is dead

Had a great weekend at leeds festival! The car managed to carry 5 and luggage through a field despite the arch gap being less than a finger width!
Pushing the car out at 1am wasn't fun, though. The field just turned into a complete mud bath - the AA had defenders pulling cars out. One lot in a Renault 5 overheated his car spinning the wheels through the mud!

Yeah it's always fun getting out of Leeds festival lol although I found the year when Rage against the machine and metallica were on getting in the parking was more fun lol had tractors dragging cars up hills... It's all about not stopping lol

so, if anyone wants to swap an tfsi cover for a ko3 Pflow kit, i need to recieve it before friday! lol.

anyhow the new one is on a new level looks so so so good
Fitted my 911 oil and coolant caps today. Fitted my modified engine cover also, still needs a good tidy though!
Popped over to see Bill @ Badger 5 for a quick remap, started at 245.7 bhp and 239.7 lbft and got to 303.5 bhp and 293.2 lbft need an HPFP now to get more fuel pressure, does anyone have the Autotech HPFP kit?
yeah i wasnt fussing around with putting the oem springs back on.
it is in a completely different league. the only thing im going to miss is the agressiveness of the Revo. but never mind, already spoken to them about mapping this one!
Yeah pleased with the figures, it does feel better haven't had a proper drive yet, but in the little I have there is more power through the whole range....now want the hpfp to see what more there is to have!
By the way anyone in the area should visit Badger 5 great guys very knowledgeable.

The unit is epic, even if it was a little tight fitting it

Yes buddy, straight fit. The oil cap sits off centre slightly when wound right round. The coolant cap sits sideways or half way round if that makes sense. Nicer than OEM. Just £50 from Awesome GTI too
