What did you and your MK2 do today?

I'm running the Ebay 3" DP with 100cel cat

Before we fitted it, AKS Alex cut it up and rewelded a new bigger flexi part in it as the original one was poor.

The MOT tester then "failed" the MOT because the cat was poor and gave poor readings, We seem to think the CAT has **** itself already so im just going to bash it out as a De-Cat

i have but only really good quality 100cel CAT's

Ebay quality... never going to pass

I have the 100cell miltek and it passed friendly mot guys are good to know lol.

When i say mine failed.... The MOT tester was very friendly

if you took the Milltek 100 to a non-friendly tester would it pass is the real question.. because the Ebay 100 wont

There may be a good reason for this, but if you've never seen a 100Cell cat pass an MOT... Why have a cat at all?

If you get pulled over by VOSA, They will get there inspection mirror thing and look under the car.... they will see a CAT

Ive seen VOSA sat at JCT16 of M6 (Crewe) pulling wagons for checks and then also pulling modified cars, somebody i used to talk to got pulled over in his MK3 Ibiza, they used the mirror to check for a CAT and he didn't have one

Been an optional extra on all models of BMW since the dawn of time I believe, Audi have adopted the same stance in the last few years too.

Fitted my new oem led number plate lights and they're so much better than the ebay types and it doesn't light up the ground like its Christmas

im going to phone TPS and Porsche tmoz ... surprisingly Porsche parts are alot of the time cheaper

have you fitted resistors then?

I did fit the ones that where on my ebay ones but still through up an error so im ordering some 50 ohm 50w resistors so that they work without getting too hot
