Not worth trying to solve then?

No wouldn't bother, I think the fact it still happens on a relatively new car like yours speaks for itself. Apparently most SEAT dealers can't do anything about it other than clearing the fault only for it to come back again!

Mine had this error the very first time I scanned it. I Think it was within week 1 from brand new. My old PD170 Leon used to have the same error every time I scanned it too.

Just ignore it.

ADVICE PLEASE:
Bought LED Plate bulbs, had a quick look at how I take the old one out.
I seen star screw's holding it in place, I guess remove the screws and it should come out?

What can I expect when the unit comes out?

Yeah it's easy bud, unscrew the screw you can see then just use a flat blade screwdriver and look for the little cut-out at one end of the plastic cover, slide the blade in a lever it out.

The most frustrating part is putting them back in, took me loads of attempts and then they chucked up errors lol, every time I tried to put them back in they kept rotating and wouldn't clip back in, got there in the end though.

After you unscrew each holder just pop out the old bulb pop the new bulb in and screw it back in. Mate it takes like 2mins

Sweet, sounds good to me. Was hoping that would be the case.

I'll give it a go tomorrow morning :) cheers for the advice

Took the Cupra on a track day at Oulton Park - very very slippery conditions.

Had a few scary moments at Old Hall braking from ~110 mph and some seriously hot front brakes at the end but no fade on track. I thought the car handled well though, better than I expected in the conditions :)

Installed some OSRAM 4000k 501 sidelights. Definitely gone from yellow to white. Lovely!

And put in my Pipercrosss panel filter. Thank you kazand!!

I can actually hear it a bit more sucking noise. Didn't expect that. But the pipercrosss is about 1/4 the thickness of the stock paper filter

Glad to be of assistance :)

Order my road tax online on Tuesday, it turned up today, so put the new tax disc in the car £140 for 12 months, so not too bad

After that the day's got worse :(

took my car round to my folks house as there's plenty of space to wash it off the road, washed the car and discovered:

A. 1 inch long dent/crease in the roof from where it meets the windscreen and back. It's been 2 weeks since I washed the car and this dent wasn't there last time I washed it.

Now the car only takes me to work & back, and the usual pottering about at the weekend, so it's not on the road that much really & if I had been hit by a stone, or other road debris, I would have known about it. plus when at work, it's parked in a secure, guarded underground car park & I put it in a spot where no one else can park next to it

hopefully you can make it out, it looks like 2 dents in a line

you can see the 2 'creases' in this shot better:

B. when drying the car off, I thought my drivers door wind deflector looked a little odd, and sure enough, it was loose.
now I can only assume that some light fingered scrote had tried to prise it off, as mine were tight in the chanel & fitted properly.
so to save any further potential for theft/damage, I 've taken off my full set of Team Heko deflectors.

Fooking fuming at the moment. You get the car you want & spend time, money & effort keeping it nice and how do you get rewarded for it............:censored:

The design where the windscreen meets the roof is terrible - like a magnet for stone chips the way it sticks up
