What did you and your MK2 do today?

Fitted MTEC 5100K bulbs. So far so good. They match in better with the LEDs.

@jarre - Where did you get these bulbs? Is it a matter of just swapping them over for your current bulbs. (i am a modifing balloon sorry and dont know first thing about mods lol)

They're from HIDs Direct £80 iirc.

Yeah they're a straight swap for the standard D1S xenon bulbs!

Apoligies i havent a clue where to start with it all esp the lighting end of things.. Trailed through ebay all week trying to find a panel filter for the 2.0 fr Tsi with no luck. to email awesome and find out the diesel panel filter fits!!!

Oh ok, still I wouldn't mind hearing how the prestige sounds compared to an oe system.

Getting the prestige fitted tomorrow. Wil let you know how it sounds compaired to the oem system.

I had the BCS prestige catback fitted to my Cupra R last year and it sounds very nice a little burble when you rev it and when you change gear at about 3000 it makes a nice note as well I'm very impressed with it and it's much better than the OEM exhaust. Plus the guys there are superb.

Looks loooovely that mate. Personally I wouldnt touch the wheels as they suit it very well as they are. Are they reps or genuine ch's?

I was driving along minding my own business when a rock or a brick came flying at me through the air. Not sure if it was kicked up of the road or thrown from an oncoming vehicle. I was doing about 60 at the time, and got a nice showering of glass over me. At least it missed all the body work.

If someone did they should be hung drawn and quartered. Hope you get it sorted and glad you are ok.

Vandalism is a kick in the goolies, my old car got keyed, so I feel some of your pain.
