Gave it a well deserved wash, tried out some new cloths I got. Really impressed with them.

Haha yeah, after 5km today she is already dirty. But that is what this shitty winter give us, January and 6-7°C warm in middle of Sweden

Wait a minute, your "before" "during" and "after" washing pictures - the first pictures show the car with winter wheels and tyres, the last picture shows the car with its original wheels, no?

Edit:- or maybe I'm wrong and the dirt has disguised the coloured details on the wheels, sorry!

Certain colours will need altering on the LIN list. What have you entered? And what colour are you getting? Try a lower number on the blue channel 1/2 the value you entered?

Tried to alter the colour but no luck. The RGB code I’m wanting is 75,0,130. This looks correct in the DoorCards but is a lot darker on the infotainment. I’ve adjusted the Blue by one or two either way but no real changes.

@Axu in your post #7753 can you let me know the values you added for both Ambient Color settings for the picture with the Purple lighting. I want my wife’s infotainment system to look like yours does as the Door Cards already look like yours do.

Washed my 2.0 TDI 184 today for the first time in around 3 months.

Only time for a quick 2 bucket method with Meguiars gold class and a dry, but better than a hand car wash.

Interestingly, I used Turtle Wax Redline wheel cleaner on 2 wheels and it ran out, so I used Auto Glym Wheel Cleaner on the other 2 wheels, back to back. The Auto Glym was a much better product and produced a better result

Anyone know where to find an engine bay dress up kit like for cap/tank covers ect...??
Racingline do a full set of Aluminium caps etc. @paddy6789 has them. They're made from billet so probably add about 100kg and cost about £500 for the full set.

For me, you can't see it when driving. Other people can't see it whilst your driving. So why bother?

As I explained, it adds vital weight to the front of the car for extra traction! Haha
