what do i need for a stage 2 remap?

* Seat Leon Cupra 1.8 20VT 180BHP (Facelift
* Remapped to 217BHP (with Dyno spec sheet)
* Decat exhaust system
* Pipercross Panel filter
* Uprated re-circulating dump valve
* Uprated hybrid turbo
* Turbo-Timer
* Lowered 40mm Suspension

if your running a hybrid you should have

bigger injectors
bigger maf
stage 3 mapping software
4 bar fuel pressure regulator
3" down pipe and sports cat/de-cat

you sure it a hybrid?? you should have more than 217 out of a hybrid mo has 220 something from his OEM KO3s ????????????????????????

i taught you said its suppose to running 250 bhp ? you need 2.5-3" turbo back system with de cat or sports cat , fmic is highly recommended if you are running hybrid turbo , what spec is the turbo ?

its a ko3s with upgraded parts, it cost £700 to get upgraded,
i have a decat pipe and a full exhaust system my print out of 217bhp was with just the map nothing else

whats uprated in it tho? bigger turbine etc if it uprated it shoud put out more than 217 you sure it wasnt reconed??

i rang the company who did the turbo charger give him my invoice number and he confirmed that its the k03s with upgraded parts inside, hybrid
i found a few breather pipes with splits today

well a hybrid should be stage three i think you want full turbo back zorst, FMIC, silicone TIP, and then injectors maf etc etc

i want to know what internals are in it... unless the inside of the turbo has been bored out you cant get mutch more in there,
if its not been bored then it will still have the same flow rate as oem...
i bet its a "recon" BUT using better parts IE 360 thrust bearing instead of the 180 etc

if its a hibrid turbo it will need setting up propper, even a oem turbo isnt bolt on and go, there all diffrent in there own ways
if its a custom turbo it will need mapping, injectors, fpr, maf, down pipe, sports cat, tip, filter, better plugs - i would even go further and say clutch, mounts...

just telling you guys what they said and i have a full invoice to prove
