i want to know what internals are in it... unless the inside of the turbo has been bored out you cant get mutch more in there,
if its not been bored then it will still have the same flow rate as oem...
i bet its a "recon" BUT using better parts IE 360 thrust bearing instead of the 180 etc

if its a hibrid turbo it will need setting up propper, even a oem turbo isnt bolt on and go, there all diffrent in there own ways
if its a custom turbo it will need mapping, injectors, fpr, maf, down pipe, sports cat, tip, filter, better plugs - i would even go further and say clutch, mounts...
