Hmm this is making me think my car had 1 to. here is my story.
I went to test drive the car "only had it just over 3 weeks" looked at it all over including underneath I noticed that something "one corner" was hanging looked black and plastic and I'm sure it covered a fair bit under the engine. Bought the car told them about this and all the rest little issues I wanted fixed/done for the sale.
After a week or so i looked under the car and it looked like the thing had gone. So i told them i swear it had a engine guard/tray under it and i think they took it off. so they rang TPS the local vag part dealers and asked if my car had it and they said no. So i thought ok hmm, so i rang up seat and gave my chassis number to check on manufactured bits/parts. I called it a engine guard/tray and they told me doesn't look like it did, only tray it looks like it has is a little 1 under the oil filter or something ?
But after reading this again i think my car had it on :< its a LC 03 what you lads think ?
