What is the best performance exhaust system for my LCR

What is the best cat back system for my LCR? the best fit, sound etc and what sort of power gains am i likely to get if any? Do i go for a one or two box system for noise?

Too late ive gone and bought a Milltek cat back system with one box, It sounds lovely and im very impressed with the fitment. Dont know if it produces any more power though.

Definatly! its already been mapped by jabba and my intentions are a big turbo when funds allow.
