i have a 54 reg cupra r , it has a re map not sure who by but it goes really well , a forge fmic, a blue flame 3" exhaust from the turbo back with sports cat, a forge re circ valve , a k & n induction , i dont really wanna uprate the turbo as its costly, what other mods can i do to get the bhp up????

forge/samco tip, 4bar fpr and get a revo stage2 program? it may require you paying for a full price remap all over again if it wasnt already revo though.

Suspension!

It wont give you any more power, obviously, but it will help you use the power you have now better. There is no point in going all-out for massive power if the car can't make best use of it.

oh yeah i forgot to mention i got all forge hoses in the enginr bay , gonna get a short shift from them in a week or so , as they are still making them , the car is going to westec on sunday , it will be good to see what it is pushing ?

Hi nick-barnes07

We can offer a Custom-Code Phase 2 for £581.63 inc VAT.

You will see between 275-290bhp and around 270-290ft/lb of torque.

JBS Auto Designs are looking into a Hybrid K04 with figures to follow shortly if this would be of interest to you.

If you want any more info on either the C-C software or anything from JBS please feel free to call 01246 455005 or 01246 455004.

Hi Foxes

The 4bar FPR isn’t entirely necessary on the Phase 2.

We would recommend one if you were to go big turbo on your car.

i doubt code would make yours go better on the hardware you've got Nick... having driven it. goes well.

Hmmm. It sounds like you'd rather have another car, than more HP. Your remapped Leon should be seeing a nice 250hp from it's remap, getting a great deal more, using the standard Turbo won't be a lot more tbh.

That's why I still think suspension is a more worthwhile change than the last few parts needed to extract the final 10-15bhp. Suspension will help you get the best out of your car and IMO offers better value than the money needed to get the last few bhp from the standard turbo.

Plus front and rear anti roll bars.

And don't forget you have the option of Koni FSD dampers and Eibach springs if you want a smoother, more comfortable ride than you get with coilovers.
