What performance MOD should I buy / do next?

Currently:

Stage 1 map
Recirculating DV (soon to be Forge 007p)
Large Open cone filter (soon to be Apexi Power Intake filter)
3" turbo downpipe
2.5" de-cat
2.5" cat-back system

Should I get a FMIC next or a TIP? I heard that a TIP on a LC is not really needed?

Intercooler, brakes are pretty good as standard IMO.

I heard the standard brakes are good enough with better brake fluid and pads

FMIC was something I was looking to buy next but thought i'd ask the question


wayne = lol, NOS is for panzy's, big turo = ££££'s that ££££'s i'd rather put towards an EVO+ level car (that said, god I miss my evo )

Yes, I had 2 evo's, one early Evo 2 GSR 300bhp, and then a Evo 5 350bhp, I was a regular on lancer register and evo321.com (that's finished now)

Circumstances have changed since then, life, family etc....... I miss the scene but I know where my responsibilities lie, once I settle down again in the future, I shall go back down that route

Anyway, before I start plucking my pubic hair with a pair of chop sticks remembering the good 'ol days, let's continue with the topic in hand gooner

tbh, I would've done that BEFORE a remap...says a voice of experience

seriously though, the engine performance is probably suffering because you've not got an FMIC yet... especially as it doesn't HAVE to be an expensive venture, and the gains your looking at (and the physical 'bling') would be well worth it

standard IC is fine for Stage 1 but my mods are Stage 2 but with a stage 1 map

it'll suffice, but the stage 1 would give a lot more with an FMIC. Speak to the mapper. if you fit/get them to fit one, they might do a discount for the remap once it's on...just a thought

FMIC will make better use of what you have. remap can come eventually... Put it this way, if you never get a remap, you won't feel robbed with the FMIC.

edit: have you bypassed the N249/N75?
