What should i Buy Cupra r or TFSI leon

I am looking at getting a new car.
Its either a 2004 cupra r bam225 leon
Or a 2007 TFSI 2litre turbo leon
Both have about the same mileage 100k
What would people recommend.

What model is the tfsi? Eg sport fr or cupra?

Just sport.

Tuning wise both would get the same power with similar mods

All comes down to which youd rather live with day to day as the tfsi sport will remain more modern looking

Must admit if i didnt buy my mk2 cupra i would have choose a mk1 lcr

I had a mk1 Cupra R and now have a mk2 leon Cupra. In my opinion I preferred driving the R more. Just felt better put together and more of a drivers car.

I would go with the mk1 LCR. I have a mk3 290 now and some days still miss my old LCR.

As has been said it's a very solid car and gives such great feedback that makes it so fun.
