What would be needed to ashieve 310/330 Hp

Hello, I'm the proud owner of a 2000 TT 1.8T 225.... we're 1.8T brothers here

I am thinking abt swapping my K04 to a bigger turbo. I'll need ur help guys cuz u seem pretty knowledgeable regarding this specific engine...
Correct if I'm wrong but to achieve a total of 310/320 Horses all i need is :

How much will my internals handle??
Turbo (what's the best turbo option?? at how much bar?)
injectors (440cc)
fuel pressure regulator ( 4/5 bars)
fuel pump
turbo manifold (costume do the flange or making a whole new manifold?)
3" downpipe
Mapping

Remember that I'm on a ;limited budget

I found a T3/T4 ball bearing /internal wastgate for 400$... would it be efficient for my application ?
oh and BTW labor in my country is CHEAP !!!

BT = Big Turbo
presume you are left hand drive then? which is better for $$
source of manifolds etc more readily available

True... it's a LHD...
I already found the turbo manifold and the 3" downpipe online (from the US)
You think a T3/T4 ball bearing Turbo will work fine on my application ?

300-320max, but some go further and hope for the best
for the sake of some cheap scat rods, or IE rods if you have 19mm pins its a no brainer to get them replaced for peace of mind.
