Tune the 110, it's a strong as f**k lump and can take a fair pounding, the cam shafts don't tend to screw up either which is another £600.
Nozzles is easy enough, .216 from the T4 van or the volvo with the 2.5L 5cyl engine. Turbo and mani etc from the PD 150 and a map you'll hit that sort of power easy.
Seriously, how much is it really going to cost to buy a complete PD150 engine, turbo, lift pump, ecu, engine loom (complete), gearbox etc etc, nuts!
The 110 can handle 250bhp at least on standard internals too. The standard pump is fine for 180-200.
All you need are injector nozzles, turbo, mani and some pipes, clutch and tune. A lot cheaper than the PD150 route.
