whats going on with my milltek

when i 1st get in my car the milltek sets in nicely, like this

but when i get out my car after a drive its like this

any idears????

Nope, its the metal exhaust that expands due to the heat of the exhaust gases. It'll do it with most, but the milltek is for some reason quite apparent in the expansion

yeah mates got a supersprint on his and does the same, grows by about an inch shame not all things do this

Mine does exactly the same mate, i belive it grows by about 20mm when hot, Im surprized your bumper hasnt started to melt that 1st pics looks abit close.

It looks better after its expanding in my opinion.
