Whats the difference?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the difference between a 2.0 GTI and a 2.0 Cupra Sport both 8v?

Is there anything to distinguish? Thanks

Oft asked question and if you do a search there are likely to be several threads. In the main the Cupra was supposed to be lower spec car than the GTi. Unfortunately towards the end of production the phrase 'anything goes' was liberally applied when building the cars. So there is a very blurred line between what is what.
