Car model and year: 55 LCR

Dampers/springs: Weitec GT Coilovers

ARB's: Neuspeed 25 and 28mm

Spacers: 10mm rear

Bushes: Powerflex throughout also 034 solid subframe bushings waiting to go on

Strut brace's:Front lower, S3 front upper, Hughes rear upper, OMP Integra rear lower

Car used for (i.e. road, track etc): Commuting, fast road, trackdays too

Good points of set up: Very firm and confidence inspiring in bends, zero body roll on day to day driving

Bad points of set up: Sub 20mph can be a bit rough, maybe too stiff for some

If you could start again would you do anything differant? If so what?: Maybe have bought a coilover kit with rebound adjustment for road driving so i can firm it up for trackdays

Also other things that i didnt know where to put were battery relocated to the boot, Larger but lighter front brakes so less unsprung weight

What is the best size wheel spacers to go for if running 8+18" wheel I have been offered a set of 20mm
for £45 but I am not sure about rubbing the arches as the car is lowered 60mm on the rear 50mm on the front.

Spacers: PCD 15mm all round

Bushes: Superpro (all bushes: Wishbones, Dog bone- both bushes, rear beam, steering rack & front ARB)

LSD fitted, if so which?: None

Car used for (i.e. road, track etc): Summer days & weekends. That is if the F...... rain ever stops, lol

Good points of set up: Handles amazingly, awesome stance, but would like to go lower on front but bloody splitter scrapes too much already, tempted to remove it!

Bad points of set up: A bit hard, need to soften the damping, but involves removing the rears to do so, I've been a bit lazy but will do it when the sun shines (if?lol)

If you could start again would you do anything differant? If so what?: I'd love to go Air-ride but too expensive and would compromise handling

Hope this helps mate, good luck & enjoy!!

Cheers for the replys everyone. I thought this thread had died a death. I've just order a pair of Nuespeed ARBs 25mm front and 28mm rear. I'm going to be keeping the standard springs and dampers at the moment as I can't decide what to fit. I dont think I'll ever go on track so compliance in the set up is important. Coilovers seem a popular choice has anyone tried springs and dampers or could recommend any? Thanks.
