Leon Cupra R 225
Need to source the n/s front wheel bearing for my Cupra R this weekend, had a look on GSF,Euro and Firstline web cat's but there seems to be no clear option for the "R".

Has anybody had theres done and can advise me with part numbers or traders with the correct stock.

Been given a FBK996(FIRSTLINE) but on there website thats listed for the 210bhp with no ABS.....mines a 225bhp with ABS ...I'am sure the bloke didnt listen to me.

Just another thing, can a hub be bought so no messing with a press.

Thanks in advance

just give your number plate engine code or chasi number to gsf euro car parts ect and they will give you the right part mate ;)

Thats what i did, wouldnt the manafacters website be more upto date than a factors? Try Firstline.co.uk...click on webcat top right...see what you come up with.

naaa mate the gsf website is shite

i got mine from gsf cost about £30 i think

and they had it on the shelf give them a call mate ;)

Anyone in the know ref the size of the bearing? internal diam, overall size etc ?? Dont fancy stripping it down to find ive got the wrong one.

What about O.E...are they much cash??

you gunna do it yourself??? hope you got a press mate wouldnt recomend doing it with a hamma you WILL fook it ;)

They are pretty easy provided you have a solid bench and a big vice, once the old one is out you can use it as a drift to knock the new one in place. Make sure you have a set of decent set of circlip pliers too.
