why would you need to get longer ones? the 20mm spacers come with bolts to bolt spacer to hub, then you use original bolts to bolt wheel to spacer. you just got to make sure the wheel bolts are no longer than 20mm so that you when they are tight, the wheel doesnt wobble still!!
depends on the type of spacer, some require longer bolts that go right through the wheel and the spacer into the hub, and some bolt to the hub and then you use your original bolts to bolt the wheel to the spacer provided the bolts aren't longer than the spacer width like ather's said
