Just wondering what material the majority of spacers are made from, as im going to knock some up at work. Cheers.

Work for company that has huge machine shop and throw a couple of beer tokens towards any of the lads and they'll be happy to knock something out...
Most of the materials we use tho are stainless, nimonics, inconell and some other rare metal alloys....
but if can find the right grade alloy could soon find some myself and just get these guys to sort me a pair out....

Well theres no point spending 80 pounds when i can make some up, probably to a higher tolerance. Thanks for the replys, found some suitable ally at work, so should be made soon........
