I have been reading this forum for a while. It is very useful and many new things.
One of my questions is if you too have this on the front passenger side wing? (what may be its purpose and can it be changed. My car gathers a lot of dust/mud under the hood on rainy days):

Another question would be what wheels should feet best (that is good loks, handling an good price) on my ride (I have a 1.4 petrol 75 bhp) taking into consideration the following : engine power, 4/5 doors and no suspension modifincation (not in the near future ) ?

The side mount intercooler sits infront of that. It allows the hot air to passthrough, without mud etc getting in.

*EDIT* - just realised you wont have an intercooler as you have a 1.4 petrol. I guess its all part of the manufacturing process and seat didnt bother to change it. I dont suppose you'll need it.

as said above its a vent for the side mounted intercooler (referred to on here as a SMIC)

AFAIK, 16's are the optimum size for a 1.4 as 17's reduce acceleration to much and 18's are just a no no for an ibiza as they rub!

I've decided that 16's are the best choice. I haven't decided on model yet.
