Wheely big dilemma

Right, it was all your lots fault that I bought a Cupra in the first place, having sat and read all the stuff you guys wrote about them. Since then you have all helped me improve what is already a great car.

Now the problem...

I can't find any decent looking wheels that fit the Cupra because of the mahussive calipers at the front.

Can anyone point me in the direction of 17 wheels, other than the standard, that fit the Cupra 04?

if you can get the bugger low enough ( read.. sump) i think a set of anthracite compmotive MOs would suit, these are dished for motorsport use

Had a set of them on my Golf1. Not what I'm looking for. Don't want bling, don't want the race look. Classy, neat and stylish is what I'm after. I love the look of the BSA Warrior but apparently don't fit.

I spent the day at a local mod shop trying eheel after wheel. Wasted a days holiday!

If I have to I also thought about getting thestandard ones diamond cut or something like that.

dont get the after market bling im not a fan at all! dimond cut (polished) cupra rims i thought about it!!! but i decided to keep the standard agressive look!

Porker rims have been done and aren't what I'm after anyway. I still want to be able to see the brakes at least as much as you can with the standard rims.

I agree rash, the other option was standard in black

much better choice if you ask me keep the standard agressive look going looks so much more tastefull and agressive if you ask me!

the really dark grey (aethridite) is a lovely colour loads of ppl have used and looks best against yellow.

Did you try any BBS rims? They are made for racing and should have sufficient space to clear your calipers, they look good, and importantly should be lighter thus giving a small performance increase!! :)

not a very helpfull post here, but i will take the standard rims off you hands!

p.s T D pro-racer 1.2 in gloss black!!!

i plan to put subaru wheels on mine just have to get tyres yet. had them since december last year lot of hassle have to use spacers to correct offset and center hole difference .just hope they dont stick out to much and wreck the wing .
