Doing a google search (and it’s here on this forum too, but back in 2008) suggests that the lower radiator hose has a tap/valve on it to allow you to drain the coolant.

Look at video 6 here

That shows the drain valve (right hand side at bottom of the radiator as you stand in front of th3 car)

@Ant1Lamer, are you asking about the coolant drain tap/valve on the radiator, or the condensate drain valve for the Air Conditioning plenum, if it the drain valve for the Air Conditioning, it will be found under the bonnet/hood against the firewall, quite low down maybe on the left hand side of the centre of the car - or maybe the right hand side of a left hand drive car like you have, and also maybe covered by the sound proofing covering.

Yes, it passes through the fire wall/bulkhead and what you should be able to find under the soundproofing will be the rubber part that valve fits into. Someone with a newer version of Ibiza/Polo/Fabia discovered that the rubber part was incorrectly fitted and was blocking the flow of condensate out of the air box, so water was escaping into the cabin instead of being allowed to escape outside of the cabin.

Edit:- item 13 fits into items 4 and then item 10.
