Which brake master cylinder?

Anyone know exactly which brake master cylinder is suitable for my car (T Reg, April 1999, 2.0L 16V GTI Cupra Sport)?
I've been searching for one online and none are showing for the 2.0L 16V ABF engine. All other engine sizes available
So, anyone out there who's bought and fitted a one and could let me know which make, part number or model it is and where they got it from?

Pictures added - which brake master cylinder?

Just thought I'd add a couple of pics in case someone recognizes which brake master cylinder this is.
Has the number 1913G (or is it 1918G?) etched on the end.
I believe it is 22mm, so would a similar vw part do the job? Is this a standard part fitting part?
