Its just heat proof paint - had no issues whatsoever with mine. Can get them for £300 over here.

Regal gives them for 365 quid but I have to count the shipping costs to Greece (up to 50 quid extra) so roughly 400+ in total. Can you suggest someone else? Can they fit the DV return pipe to the correct position prior shipping?

Ah, bit of confusion here then. Blade must of got the K03 kit then, hence the modification.

I think there is no confusion. According to the photo Blade posted there was originally a return pipe to the intake only a bit off place. As far as I know the K03 intake doesn't have a return pipe. Thus Blade's is the K04 kit. So Zboyd you say yours is OK then?? Is it possible to show us a photo (even with the intake installed) just to see the position of the DV return pipe. Thanks in advance.

See what you mean now, didn't bother me though. Seems to fit ok and it works.

Don't know anyone I could trust to do any welding work to reposition it, so got to make do with how it's supplied.

Mine fitted on in about 15 minutes. No modifications required.

Can someone of you that have the dbilas intake (except Blade) post an image with the intake installed but more focused in the return pipe section?

Filter box sits at slightly obtuse angle and leaves a little impression mark in the engine sound proofing, but I'm really not fussed about it that much. It works fine though and is getting a good flow of cool air.

I can see what Blade has done to his would help with the positioning, but I don't have access to a welder or anyone I know or trust to do the job right for me.

Surely if there is a modification necessary, and it was brought to the attention of Dbilas, then they would sort it out for any future unit's they make??? Z,I take it the position of the filter box is fixed then, so it can't be positioned to not foul on the sound deadening?
