Which Mk1 Leon - Advise required

I looking to buy a Leon soon, I want to put a cone filter, remap and DV on it. What engine am I best getting, In terms of power gains with these mods, insurance, price of 2nd hand Leon and clutch after remap. Thanks in advance, (I know it's hard but not to be biased)
