Will remap quiet exhaust cabin noise/drone?

Hi all,

Recently got a Magnex cat/back system fitted since they were going cheap on ebay and the original box had cracks along it, giving me an excuse to renew it.
So far the results have been good, when im alone driving, theres a mild rumble around town stop/start driving 30 mph or so, and next to nothing can be heard when cruising on the motorway until you wanna boot it.
Problem is, once theres four in the car the around town rumble is worse and the motorway crusing quietness is lost and theres some humming coming into the cabin. Unfortunately , the misses spotted this when she was in the back and thought the exhaust had gone.
Question is, as the engine has to work harder with four in the car, thus increasing cabin noise, would a stage 1 remap help this somewhat as the car is made more powerful.
I've padded the wheel space in the boot with dynamat and areas over the exhaust box, but will continue to do more areas, as halfrauds have a sale on the original dynamat.
Its an Ibiza PD100

Thanks

I have a magnex cat back on my leon and it was really quiet until I had the cat removed. Now its pretty noisy at full throttle and above 3000rpm. So if you you decide to go for more power and decat be prepared!

When you have 4 aboard could the extra weight be causing the exhaust to be resting against the rear beam under the car or touching somewhere it shouldn't with the car therefore sitting that bit lower and resonating through the body ?
