will these fit my 97 cordoba

andyj

There's no F in Quality..
no difference to the size of them looking at them from the front.....

BUT....

the <'96 ones are not as 'deep' front-back, as the '96-'99 ones.

If you fit the <'96 ones to a '99 car, then the sit too far back, and the grille etc won't fit.

Trust me, been there and done it on a mates car... haven't we Smithy !!! :D

he's probably been able to find the correct ones for his motor, rather than making the wrong ones 'fit' ;)

Found them:

http://cgi.ebay.de/SCHEINWERFER-KLA...065262508QQcategoryZ33710QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

www.ebay.de type IBIZA SCHEINWERFER - and there they are, 100's of the damn things:

http://search.ebay.de/search/search...ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1&fsoo=1

Interestingly some listed as "93-00" but others listed as "95-99" which I persume are the correct ones.

Even if they're the right shape theres a fatal flaw in the design as the indicators are built into the whole headlamp.

To get at the fixing screws for the headlamps you need to take the grill off

To take the grill off you need to remove 3 screws on the slampanal and pop the indicators out to get at the placcy nuts that hold the grill to the wings.

Once you've fitted these 'pimp' headlights how do you fix the ends of the grill?

Blu tak?

Indeed, mine were broken so I attached the grill with clear mastic, was invisable from the front. A small price to pay for tidy looking lights imo, much prefer the black ones.

Spoke to the lad, he got his on eBay, and they are LHD/RHD beam adjustable with a screw so thats no issue.

I'm looking for projectors to fit HID's, and these fit the bill!

So they fit with only the problem of having to mastic the ends of the grille?

Agreed the black ones look much smarter.....
