There are 3 different wheel diameters offered by the factory for non-Cupra Mk1 Leons: 15", 16", 17"

All of those have 5x100 bolt pattern, and their center bore sizes looks the same (57.06, or rounded to 57.1 in some sources)
That 18" Cupra wheel has the same characteristics with those.

Diameter increase is 3 mm with 15" and 17", 6 mm with 16".
Poke (outer face of the wheel) increase is 2 cm with 15", 1 cm with 16" and 0.7 cm with 17.
Inset (inner face of the wheel) increase is 2 cm with 15", 0.3 cm with 16" and 0.7 cm with 17.
Differences look minimal so there should be nothing preventing to fit those.

The only concern might be the poke and inset increases of 2 cm between 15" and 18".
But clearances with the wing and the suspension should be more than enough, I believe.

Attached screenshots show difference of 18" wheels with each smaller size.
Tire sizes, wheel widths and offsets entered are actual Leon Mk1 values, gathered from parts catalog and sources on the net.
