will this turbo fit my ibiza pd 100?

hi, im a new member and this is my first post so be nice! i have a 02 seat ibiza 1.9tdi pd100. im getting a 130 conversion done so im looking for a pd130 ecu, intake manifold, and turbo. ive found a pd130 turbo from a mk4 golf and want to know if it would fit ok? model# GT1749VA. any help much apprecieated!

If you're doing a conversion you might as well get the exhaust manifold & down pipe to suit the new turbo.

yea think i will do that aswell. so will that turbo suit my car ok? so that i dont discover it doesnt fit when i buy it.

It will fit.
Same turbo is used on the Ibiza TDI Sport

When you say a "130 conversion done" you talking about fitting a PD130 engine or just taking your car to 130bhp? If your just fitting a PD130 turbo why do you want a PD130 ecu ?

hi, im planning to keep the pd100 engine but add 130 turbo, ecu, injectors, inlet manifold. i was told that the 130 ecu would be better than the 100 ecu because it could manage the turbo better and would be re-mapped better. any ideas on this?

ok im getting the turbo. ive been told that i would need a remap for it to work properly. will i need to get new injectors? will i need to get a different ecu or will the one i have be ok?

Do NOT swap ECUs - you'll have all kinds of trouble. There's no difference between yours and another, apart from a 130 ecu will probably be set for a 130 car with different specs, etc. When it comes to remapping, make's no difference if you map a 130 ecu or a 100. As long as the hardware is up to it.

ok ill leave the ecu. what about injectors? im guessing the existing ones wont be good enough. what would be a suitable upgrade? ive been lookin on ebay and there are a good few but dont know what type would suit.

You might want to talk to Maxcars1 as he has done all this stuff and looked into most other things that can be done to upgrade a PD100. Injector you need PD130/150 doesn`t matter what car. Don`t pay more then £100-200 for secondhand injectors though.
